'nai B'rith Youth
Organization's 2008
Fashion Unleashed ben-
efit will feature teens modeling the
latest spring fashions on Saturday,
March 15, at the Orchard Mall in
West Bloomfield. A special feature
of this year's event is a tribute
to Arnold Weiner, BBYO's senior
executive director, for his 39 years
of leadership.
BBYO members will model
outdoor clothes, casual attire and
dressy fashions for spring, all pro-
vided by local stores. The fashion
show and tribute will begin at 9
p.m., followed by a dessert recep-
tion at 10:30 p.m.
Fashion Unleashed is spon-
sored by Jewish Federation of
Metropolitan Detroit, and the
Detroit Jewish News' Platinum and
Teen2Teen magazines.Fashion
Unleashed tickets are $10 for stu-
dents and $20 for adults. Advance
reservations are requested by
calling the BBYO chapter service
center, (248) 788-0700. In addition,
tickets can be purchased at the
event.
Proceeds will be used for B'nai
B'rith Youth Organization pro-
grams for Jewish teens from all
backgrounds. BBYO is a nonprofit
