ELLEN SUSAN FANTICH, 64, of West
Bloomfield, died Jan. 22, 2008.
She is survived by her sons and
daughters-in-law, Dr. Jeffrey Fantich
and Debbie Preville of Commerce
Township, Daniel Fantich of
Farmington Hills, Jamie and Cindy
Fantich of Waterford; daughter and
son-in-law, Carolann Fantich and
Rich Stepp of Novi; grandchildren,
Gabrielle, Julia, Jade, Olger, Zane and
Izsac Fantich; brother, Dr. Fred Gordon
of Colorado; sister and brother-in-
law, Lynne and Henry Guttentag of
California.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

FAY FORMAN, 96, of West
Bloomfield, died Jan. 27, 2008.
She was a life member of Temple
Menorah in Milwaukee and its
sisterhood. She also belonged to
Congregation Yehuda, B'nai B'rith
(Washington Park Lodge), ORT and
the Jewish Home in Milwaukee.
Mrs. Forman was born in
Milwaukee and lived most of her life
there. She moved to West Bloomfield
10 years ago. She was a gentle, loving
and kind woman.
She is survived by her daughter
and son-in-law, Sharyn and Harvey
Mann of Commerce; sons and daugh-
ters-in-law, Dr. Sheldon and Narda
Forman of Mequon, Wis., Dr. Mel and
Susan Forman of New Cannan, Conn.;
grandchildren, Brenda Mann, Bradley
(Sara) Mann, Fonna (David) Forman-
Barzilai, Adam Forman, Todd Forman
and Craig Forman; great-grandchil-
dren, Jake, Jared, Corey and Benji;
many other loving family members
and friends.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Benjamin Forman; daughter of the late
Jacob and the late Sarah Mendelblatt.
Interment at the Beth Hamedrosh
Hagodel Cemetery in Milwaukee.

JORDON GILBERT, 77 of Commerce,
died Jan. 25, 2008.
He is survived by his sons, Kevin
Gilbert of St. Clair Shores and Shawn
Gilbert of Las Vegas, Nev.; sisters,
Charlotte Sniderman of Minneapolis,
Minn. and Martha Glickman of West
Palm Beach, Fla.; many loving nieces,
nephews, other family members and

friends.
He was the beloved husband of the
late Dorothy Gilbert.
Interment at the Clover Hill Park

CONSTANCE
GREENE, of
Southfield, died Jan.
22, 2008.
She was a teacher
in the Detroit pub-
lic school system,
having received
Greene
her bachelor's
degree from Wayne
State University. A member of
the Birmingham Bloomfield Art
Association, she also belonged to
Temple Israel and its sisterhood.
Mrs. Greene is survived by her lov-
ing friend and husband for 66 years,
Morrie Greene; daughter, Victoria
Greene; son, Jonathan Greene; brother-
in-law, Fred Sachs; nephew, Tom Sachs.
She was the beloved daughter of the
late Lillian and the late Albert Jaco;
cherished sister of the late Cynthia
Sachs.
Interment at Beth El Memorial Park

and Hope Horowitz of Allentown, Pa.;
brother, Larry Horowitz of Oak Park;
sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and
Murray Liberman of Detroit; grandchil-
dren, Ethan, Aaron, Jordan, Stephanie,
Jason, Rachel.
Mr. Horowitz was the beloved hus-
band of the late Beatrice Horowitz.
