Hills, died Jan.
15, 2008. She
was an execu-
tive secretary
at American
Federal Savings.

survived by her
son and daughter-in-law, Chuck
and Linda Lax; daughter and
son-in-law, Cheryl and Dr. Marc
Bocknek; grandchildren, Ricky
Lax, Steven Bocknek and Meredith
Zapin, Andy and Erika Bocknek;
sisters-in-law, Frances Kaplan,
Shirley Kaplan.
She was the beloved wife of the
late Harold Lax; loving sister of
the late Phillip Kaplan and the late
Herman Kaplan; dear sister-in-law
of the late Philip Lax.
Interment at Hebrew Memorial

W. Maple, West Bloomfield, MI

She is survived by her children,

and sister-in-law, Eli and Joyce
Labiner of Flint; sisters-in-law and
brothers-in-law, Frayda and Don
Riger, Roz and Norman Barron;
grandchildren, Elissa Riger, Jeremy
Riger, Erica Riger, Ryan Riger;
many nieces, nephews and cous-
ins.
Mrs. Riger was the beloved
wife of the late Sidney Riger; dear
mother-in-law of the late Richard
Hooper.
