Albert and the late Laska Sarko.

PAUL E. SCHARG, 69, of Parkland, Fla.
died Dec. 22, 2007.
He was the cherished father of Steven
Scharg of Bloomfield Hills, Scott Scharg
of Parkland; adored grandfather of
Alex, Lindsey and Tayler; dear brother
of Ronny (Mary) Scharg of Las Vegas,
Nev. Services where held.

EVA SEFANSKY, 83, of Southfield, died
Dec. 27, 2007.
She is survived by daughters and
sons-in-law, Cookie and Mel Newman
of West Bloomfield, Susan Sefansky
and David Goldstein of Ann Arbor,
Shari Jenner of Deerfield Beach, Fla;
son, Brian Sefansky of Sylvan Lake;
grandchildren, Josh and Amy Goldstein,
Matthew and Jessica Newman; caregiv-
ers, Stella Anyim and Kaesha Gardner.
Mrs. Sefansky was the beloved wife
for 65 years of the late David Sefansky,
who died Nov. 23, 2007; the cherished
sister and sister-in-law of the late Ann
and the late Leo Rudolph, the late Sylvia
and the late Dave Wolin.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial

SUSAN SHAPIRO, 73, of Bloomfield
Hills, died Dec. 22, 2007.
For more than 20 years, she was a
paralegal at Dykema Gossett.
Mrs. Shapiro is survived by her son
and daughter-in-law, Alan Shapiro and
Joan Aguado of California; daughters
and sons-in-law, Elizabeth Shapiro
and Amos Gelb of Washington, D.C.;
grandchildren, Danny and Joey Shapiro,
Noa, Eliya and Mica Gelb, Steven and
Jared August; brother and sister-in-law,
Thomas and Judith Klein.

LOUIS F. SIROTKIN, 97, of Southfield,
died Dec. 23, 2007.
A retired purchasing agent in the
field of metals, Mr. Sirotkin was a
member of the A.C.L.U, and the Gray
Panthers.
He is survived by sons and daugh-
ters-in-law, Ralph and Mary Kay
Sirotkin of Oak Park, Mark and
Kathleen Sirotkin of Highland Park, Ill.;
grandchildren, David, Abby, Matthew
and Samantha; five great-grandchil-
dren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul
and Mildred Sirotkin of Southfield, Jack
and Shirley Sirotkin of Ann Arbor, Cil
Sirotkin; sister and brothers-in-law,
Mary Lewis of West Bloomfield, Eugene
Agins.
Mr. Sirotkin was the beloved hus-
band of the late Ida Sirotkin and cher-
ished brother of the late Rose Agins
