SYLVIA HAAS, 83, of West
Bloomfield, died Dec. 20, 2007.
She is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Peter and Kristina
Haas of Shreveport, La.; daughter,
Janet Hughes of Forest Knolls, Calif.;
grandchildren, Ben Haas, Andy Haas,
Alex Hughes, Isaac Haas and Eliot
Haas; daughter-in-law, Ginger White;
niece, Phyllis Marcus; many other lov-
ing family members and friends.
She was the beloved mother of the
late Daniel Haas.
Contributions may be made to
Jewish Family Service or to a char-
ity of one's choice. Arrangements by
Dorfman Chapel.

W. HERBIE
HARELIK, 78, of
Boca Raton, Fla.,
formerly of Detroit,
died Nov. 14, 2007.
He was a gradu-
ate of Central High
School in Detroit
Harelik
and went on to be a
master electrician,
servicing Henry Ford Hospital. He was
president of Harelik Electric for 30
plus years, coaching countless young
men who went on to be journeymen
and ultimately receiving their own
master electrician's licenses. He was an
avid bowler and very active in B'nai
B'rith.
Mr. Harelik is survived by his
beloved wife of 40 years, Ruthye;
daughters, Randee (Craig) Bassin of
Santa Barbara, Calif., Leslye Harelik-
Richie and Debbie (Jeff) Harwood of
Oak Park, Lynn Levick of Farmington
Hills; sons, Steven of Rochester Hills,
Keith (Debbie) Levick of Farmington
Hills; 13 grandchildren; two great-
granddaughters; many loving nieces
and nephews.
He was the dear brother of the late
Ed (the late Jean), the late Harry, the
late Morry "Mutt" (Irene) and the late
Rose (the late Bill) Stern.
Services and interment in Boca
Raton. Contributions may be made to
Hospice by the Sea, 1531 W. Palmetto
Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33486.

GERALD DOUGLAS KELLER, 64, of
Southfield, died Dec. 23, 2007.
He is survived by his wife, Judith
Keller; mother, Ann Keller of
Southfield; son and daughter-in-law,
Kevin and Robin Keller of Huntington
Woods; daughter and son-in-law,
Rhondi and Jeff Bennett of West
Bloomfield; sister and brother-in-law,
Rita and Ed Sitron of Farmington

Hills; grandson, Robert.
Mr. Keller was the loving son of the
late Robert Keller.

charity of one's choice. Interment
at Adat Shalom Memorial Park.

IRVING LAKRITZ, 95, of West
Bloomfield, died Dec. 19, 2007.
He is survived by his son and
daughter-in-law, Bill and Liz LaKritz
of Commerce; daughter and son-in-
law, Linda and Bernard Kannen of
Boynton Beach, Fla.; grandchildren,
Risa (Michael) Zimmerman, Jodee
(Michael) Keller, Gaven LaKritz, Elyse
(Chad) Weinbaum; great-grandchil-
dren, Aaron, Raquel, Jaclyn, Jacob,
Gabrielle and Emily; many loving
nieces, nephews, other family mem-
bers and friends.
He was the beloved husband of
the late Janet LaKritz; brother of the
late Frances Rogers, the late Bertha
Minsky, the late Jack Lakritz, the late
Sam Lakritz, the late Moe Lakritz and
the late Annette Willens.
Interment at Temple Israel Gardens
of Beth El Cemetery. Contributions
may be made to the Jewish Federation
of Metropolitan Detroit or to a char-
ity of one's choice. Arrangements by
Dorfman Chapel.

DELPHINE LANDAU, 78, of West
Bloomfield, died Dec. 22, 2007.
She was in sales and administration
at National Dry Goods and was also a
co-owner of Ethan Allen Galleries in
Taylor.
Mrs. Landau is survived by her
son and daughter-in-law, Barry and
Sheryl Landau of Virginia; daughter,
Caren Landau of West Bloomfield;
grandchildren, Erica, Michael and
Alexander Levine; son-in-law, Jeffrey
Levine; sister, Julie Goodman of West
Bloomfield; sisters-in-law and broth-
ers-in-law, Jean and Irving Rosen, Lois
Landau Pearl.
She was the beloved wife of the
late Alfred Landau; devoted daughter
of the late Jennie and the late Max
Kwaselow; dear sister-in-law of the
late Sol Landau and the late Philip
Goodman.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made
to Hadassah-Greater Detroit Chapter,
5030 Orchard Lake Road, West
Bloomfield or the Kidney Foundation
of Michigan, 1169 Oak Valley Drive,
Ann Arbor, MI 48108. Arrangements
