Before I came to the Frankel Jewish Academy, being Jewish was just an extra-

to;

curricular activity; my summers at camp were my only connection to my Judaism.

At FJA I have been able to incorporate Judaism into my daily routine, from

leading prayers, to learning to speak Hebrew, to celebrating Shabbat with my

grade. Over the past four years as my connection and love for my religion

and heritage has evolved, I know I would not be where I am today if it

were not for the Frankel Jewish Academy.
