With a casually hip decor, signature red floors and exotic aromas emanating from sizzling 600-degree woks, Pei Wei (pronounced Pay Way) combines high-quality cuisine and a fun atmosphere with affordable (ranging from $2.7549) selections. On the menu: classic Chinese favorites as well as Asian specialties such as Vietnamese Chicken Salad Rolls, Minced Chicken with Cool Lettuce Wraps (a customer favorite at Pei Wei's parent restaurant, P.F. Chang's China Bistro) and Asian Coconut Curry (above), plus a gluten-free menu.
