Lisa Negri-Sickels and husband Rob had already finished the walk-out lower level of their prairie-style
home. But after 22 years, the family stopped using the space. "No one ever went down there anymore,"
Lisa recalled. "We wanted it to be more inviting, and there was a lot of wasted space."

So the Sickels called Gittlemon, and in no time the space was filled with natural light and special places
from a home office, fitness center and second kitchen to a guest room and spacious great room.
Even the ceiling was raised to add a bright airy feeling. It's a great place for our daughter
to entertain her friends, says Lisa.

Discover what many of your neighbors already know. When it's time to renovate,
update or expand — Gittleman creates great spaces!
