Zach didn't really get it. He knew Israel was an important place;

he learned about it in Hebrew school and from his grandfather.

But he just didn't connect. All that changed when Zach went on

Federation's Teen Mission. He now understands Israel's impor-

tance, and he feels a love and warmth that wasn't there before.

He can now advocate on behalf of his Jewish homeland, and he

plans to visit again soon.
