Chanukah 0 Chanukah
Because the Festival of Lights falls early this year — beginning
on the night of Dec. 4 — we decided to get a jump on festivi-
ties and offer our annual holiday issue a month early. This way,
you get to take advantage of everything the issue offers to help
you prepare for the holiday season well in advance.
We start out with The Buzz (page 12), where you'll find
details on a collection of gorgeous new shops, plus a few great
ideas for holiday gifts. Then turn to page 15, where you'll find
what contributor Karen Buscemi hunted down for our full-
blown Chanukah gift guide ("Eight Nights Of Gifts"). And helping us finish on a
sweet note, contributor Annabel Cohen offers her simple and delicious recipe for
the adorable Chanukah cookies brightening this month's festive cover (" 'C' Is For
Chanukah Cookies," page 28).
