The only actual cure is
either acclimatization or
descent. However, there
are some things that you
can do nutritionally that may miti-
gate your symptoms: stay properly
hydrated, avoid alcohol and tobac-
co, eat a balanced diet low in fat
and rich in carbohydrates. Vitamin
B complex and other supplements
such as vitamin E, chromium and
CoQ10 may also help. I hope this
