Jewish Day School located in Farmington Hills, Michigan,
seeks an outstanding, motivated, and goal-oriented
Director of Development.
The successful candidate will have expertise in developing
and managing programs designed to attract maximum
gift support including: annual funding solicitation, planned
giving programs, and major capital campaigns. The Direc-
tor should have the ability to develop a plan to increase
alumni and parental support of and involvement in the
school and oversee publications which most effectively
communicate with our various constituencies. The candi-
date should value and be able to work collaboratively with
the administrative team, lay leaders, and the development
committee; possess strong organizational, computer, and
interpersonal skills; and communicate effectively and
articulately. The Director will supervise the Development
Office staff and perform other duties as assigned by the
Head of School.
Qualified candidate should have a minimum of five years
experience and a degree in business and/or marketing
