Men's Health Discussed
Temple Israel Brotherhood invites
men of all ages to learn about the
latest in men's heath issues during a
breakfast seminar 10 a.m. Sunday,
Nov. 18, at Temple Israel in West
Bloomfield The discussion will be
led by urologist Dr. Jason Hafron and
cardiologist Dr. Lary Goldman. The
morning will include bagels and cof-
fee and is open to the community,

'Out-Of-Town' Workshop
Temple Israel's Robert Sosnick Family
Life Center in West Bloomfield will
host a program titled "When Children
and Grandchildren Live Out of Town:
Part 2 (They're Still Gone)." At 7 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 8, participants will
join psychotherapist Phyllis Levitt.
Participation in the prior workshop
is not a requirement. Attendees will
learn to express feelings of grief and
loss, develop strategies to "close up"
the distance and explore ways to
make the most of visits. Participation
is free, but reservations are required;

will perform some of Tyler's works.
