His grandparents
are Romaine and Irving Berlin and
Jeannie Siegel. He is also the grand-
child of the late Arthur Siegel.
Ari is a student at Orchard Lake
Middle School in West Bloomfield. He
felt his community service work with
Yad Ezra in Berkley was a meaningful
mitzvah project.

Saturday, Oct. 20.

Gabi's parents, Loren and Bob Stone,
and her younger brothers Jordan and
Jonah. Proud grandparents are Felicia
and Sol Oshry of Vancouver, Canada,
and Sheila Stone of Huntington
Woods. Gabi is also the granddaughter
of the late Ronald Stone.
Gabi is a student at Bloomfield Hills
Middle School. For her mitzvah proj-
ect, she collected DVDs from friends
and family and donated portable DVD
players to establish the Ronald Stone
DVD Library at the Barbara Ann
Karmanos Cancer Institute, Detroit.
The library, to be used by patients and
their children waiting for or receiving
treatment at Karmanos, is named in
loving memory of Gabi's grandfather
Ronald Stone.

Marisa Vinsky Erin Vinsky

Erin Ruth Vinsky (Elana Rachel) and
Marisa Ariel Vinsky (Chava Bracha)
of West Bloomfield will become
b'not mitzvah on Saturday, Oct. 20, at
Temple Kol Ami in West Bloomfield.
They are the daughters of Caren and
Stuart Vinsky and the sisters of David
Vinsky. Their grandparents are Margo

and Jerry Kline, Florence Vinsky and
the late Harry Vinsky.
Erin and Marisa are in eighth
grade at Warner Middle School in
Farmington Hills. Erin's mitzvah proj-
ects included helping the homeless
and working at Yad Ezra in Berkley.
One of Marisa's mitzvah projects was
caring for cats at the Michigan Animal
Rescue League.

Academy Open House

The Frankel Jewish Academy will
welcome prospective high school stu-
dents and parents at an open house
for the 2008-2009 academic year 2-4
