The successful candidate will have expertise in develop-
ing and managing programs designed to attract maxi-
mum gift support including: annual funding solicitation,
planned giving programs, and major capital campaigns.
The Director should have the ability to develop a plan to
increase alumni and parental support of and involvement
in the school and oversee publications which most ef-
fectively communicate with our various constituencies. The
candidate should value and be able to work collaboratively
with the administrative team, lay leaders, and the develop-
ment committee; possess strong organizational, computer,
and interpersonal skills; and communicate effectively and
articulately. The Director will supervise the Development
Office staff and perform other duties as assigned by the
Head of School.

Qualified candidate should have a minimum of five years
experience and a degree in business and/or marketing

YOUTH, TEEN AND CAMP DIRECTOR

The JCC in Ann Arbor, Michigan, needs a
dynamic, energetic, creative individual full-time
to coordinate and supervise all JCC programs for
Youth and Teens grades K through 12 including
an off site summer day camp for grades K-8. The
right candidate must be experienced in working
with youth and teens in camping, after-school
care and enrichment, special events/school vaca-
tion programming and sports. Bachelor's degree
in recreation or education or related field and an
understanding of Jewish culture and customs is
required. Master' s degree is a plus. Excellent pro-
gramming, administrative, communication and
computer skills are necessary. Some evenings and
