Dance Teams At Benefit
DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital
will present Dancing with the
Docs, a benefit for the Charach
Cancer Treatment Center, on Friday,
Oct. 12. Professional dance teams
will provide a lively evening at
Shenandoah Country Club in West
Bloomfield.
The benefit will begin at 5:30
p.m. with a cocktail reception fol-
lowed by dinner, dancing, enter-
tainment and a brief live auction.
In addition, the hospital's 2007
Community Award will be present-
ed and hospital physicians will be
honored. Tickets are $180 each and
can be reserved by calling the hos-
pital's Development Department,

The Natalie and Manny Charach
Cancer Treatment Center, affiliated
with the Barbara Ann Karmanos
Cancer Institute, provides diagnosis
and treatment for a wide range
of cancers. It is located on DMC
Huron Valley-Sinai campus in
Commerce.

Health Clinic in Pontiac will be
open to see patients of Oakland
County Michigan for medical (pri-
mary, gynecological, podiatry),
pharmaceutical and dental.
The Gary Burnstein Community
Health Clinic provides the unin-
sured and underinsured with medi-
cal, dental and pharmaceutical ser-
vices and supplies absolutely free
of charge. These services are being
provided to Oakland County resi-
dence. At or below the 150 percent
of the federal poverty level.
The clinic will taking appoint-
ments and no longer see patients
on a walk-in basis.
• Medical clinic hours by
appotntment only are Tuesdays 9
a.m. -1 p.m.; Thursdays 6-9 p.m.
• Dental clinic hours by appoint-
ment only varies weekly.
