the proper nusach
— modes used for
specific services
— while examin-
ing the history

and structure of

learn how each scale is a signpost to
the Jewish calendar. Classes will con-
tinue at Adat Shalom, in Farmington
Hills, on Thursdays, Oct. 18, and Nov.
