died Sept. 24, 2007.
She is survived by her daughter and
son-in-law, Lila and Gilbert Silverman

Jennifer Silverman; great-grandchil-
dren, Katarina, Aleksia, Eliana, Nathan
and Levi Silverman.
Mrs. Smith was the beloved wife of
the late Morris Smith; loving mother
of the late Gloria Wagner.

of California, Miriam and David
Happe of California; grandchildren,
Chelsea Sussman, Mark Sussman,
Ryan Sussman; sister, Edith Fried of
West Bloomfield.
He was the beloved husband of the
late Tina Sussman; loving brother of
the late Ben Sussman; dear brother-
in-law of the late George Fried and the
late Jean Sussman.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

PERRY SWARTZ, 83, of Farmington
Hills, died Sept. 27, 2007.
He is survived by his beloved wife,
Valerie Swartz; brothers and sister-in-
law, Frederick Swartz of Delray Beach,
Fla., Howard and Marilyn Swartz of
Thornhill, Ontario, Canada; sister and
brother-in-law, Irene and Herbert
Goldberg of West Bloomfield; brother-
in-law, Dr. Robert (Gail) Katz; many
nieces, nephews, other loving family
members and friends.
Mr. Swartz was the dear brother-in-
law of the late Edythe Swartz and the
late June Katz.
