"It was a time before people had backyard swimming pools or belonged to tennis clubs, so going away to camp Linda Fitzerman of Dallas and was a really big deal." Julie Girsh of New York By all accounts, Camp Sea-Gull forged many strong bonds; resulting in dozens of marriages and countless lifelong friendships. The camp was started by the late Regene and Lew Schulman. The reunion also served as a tribute to their memories. "Lew was an educator, a former principal of Harrison High School in Farmington Hills and later the superintendent of Farmington Schools," Lis said.
