Region. A youth-led program, BBYO creates
innovative programming that encourages
teens to experience Judaism on their terms, and
provides them with the tools and resources
that add value, meaning and identity to their lives.

Responsibilities
• Expand teen participation and boost membership.
• Enhance BBYO's community profile and build
collaborative partnerships with community
organizations.
• Develop innovative programs that engage teens
and reflect the diversity of Jewish life.
• Serve as a Jewish role model/experiential educator.
• Raise funds through events and one-on-one
direct solicitation.
• Recruit, supervise, evaluate and develop assigned
program staff.
• Steward and exponentially grow BBYO's alumni
support network.
• Attend weekend, evening, holiday and Shabbat
programming.

• A passion for BBYO's mission and the
