Ruth Mossok Johnston of Franklin has been appointed major gifts and planned giving manager by Detroit- based United Way of Southeastern Michigan. Wilbert Simkovitz of Oak Park has achieved life member status in the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers. In four months, the product has been distributed to 200 stores. Howard Wallach of Farmington Hills was elected by his colleagues as president of the Farmington Public Schools Board of Education. David L.
