But seldom, if ever, like today as the educated palates of diners-out enjoy and appreciate fine ethnic cuisine. Italian, Chinese and Greek continue to lead as favorites, followed in hot pursuit by Russian (Fiddler for blinis with red caviar, etc.), Hungarian (Hungarian Rhapsody for goulash, etc.), French (Cuisine for fresh turbot, etc., and French Gourmet for bay scallops poached in vermouth, etc.). Japanese (Samurai for steak house on one side, sushi bar and tables on the other), Nepali (Everest Express and Kathmandu for Chicken Chow Chow, etc.), Irish (Gus O'Connors for Irish stew, etc.) Mexican (Ole Ole for fajitas or rattle- snake burritos, etc.), Israeli (Yossi's for falafel in canola oil, or shawarma, etc.) ... among so many other fine ethnic res- taurants ... Reasons given are the major upswings that have been occurring in travel, reading and other practices. MOST PEOPLE look upon it as a place specializing in barbecued ribs, broasted and barbecued chicken, etc., which it is ... And the third biggest seller is the barbe- cued lamb ribs ... But the biggest sleepers at Boneyard Bar-B-Q, Orchard Lake Road, south of 14 Mile, Farmington Hills, are the 14-ounce broiled fresh whitefish, $9.75; and 12-ounce grilled bar-b-q salmon fil- let, $11.95 ... Both are good buys, deliv- ered fresh every other day, and prepared Boneyard's way or as desired.
