I think it's fair to assume that every nutritionist/ dietitian may approach things a bit differently. Also, it's difficult, if not impos- sible, to fully describe the individualized counsel- ing experience, which, by definition, can vary substantially from client to client. I'll do my best, however, to give you a generalized overview. I First of all, I'm proud of the fact that I provide my clients with what I think is a very comfortable and relaxing counseling environment—all the better to absorb new information and ways of doing things. I evaluate each client thoroughly using professional criteria that allows me to tailor my counseling to my clients' individual circum- stances—not one-size-fits-all. The nutritional goals I set for my clients are realistic, measurable and, most importantly, achievable. More often than not, for the client willing to make a fair commit- ment, success is the result of the nutritional counseling experience. — Barbara Beznos, Registered Dietitian Shabbat Lights Candlelighting Friday, June 29, 8:56 p.m. Shabbat Ends Saturday, June 30 10:07 p.m.* ues- tion: Dear Barb, st time you gave a brief overview of your nutritional counseling ser- vices.
