Lippitt, will read
from the Torah on
the occasion of his
bar mitzvah at Adat
Shalom Synagogue,
Lippitt
Saturday, June 16.
He is the brother of
Scott. Max is the grandson of Annette
Neuvirth, Marjorie and Stephen Ziff
and David and Elaine Lippitt. He
also the grandson of the late Morris
Neuvirth.
Max is a student at Hillel Day School
of Metropolitan Detroit in Farmington
Hills. His mitzvah projects included
volunteering at Friendship Circle in
West Bloomfield.

Sara Long, daughter of Linda
Blum Long and Ken Long, became
a bat mitzvah Saturday, June 9, at
Congregation Beth Emeth in Ann
Arbor. She is the granddaughter of
Joyce and George Blum and Harriett
and Roger Long.

Nagel and Kenneth
Marblestone, will be
called to the bimah
as she celebrates
her bat mitzvah
Marblestone
Saturday, June 16, at
Temple Israel. She
is the sister of Melissa and Kenna. Her
proud grandparents are Frances and
Fred Marblestone and Zita and Bob
Nagel. She is the great-grandchild of
the late Ida Frankel and the late Anne
Marblestone.
Haley is a student at Farmington
Hills Warner Middle School. She felt
it was especially meaningful to help
at Yad Ezra in Berkley as a mitzvah
project.

Masserman and the
brother of Margo. His proud grand-
parents are Judy and Nolen Whitaker
and Margaret Whitaker. He is also the
grandchild of the late Marcia and the
late Monte Masserman

Nolen attends Oak Valley Middle
School in Commerce. He helped, with
special family members, pass out treats
for Purim to Menorah House residents
as part of his mitzvah experience.

as a bat mitzvah
Saturday, June 16,
at Adat Shalom
Synagogue. She
is the daughter of
Mendelson
Jody and Shelly
Mendelson and the
sister of Melissa and Arielle. Proud
zaydie and bubbie are Sam and
Minnie Berman. She is also the grand-
daughter of the late Philip Mendelson
and the late Theresa Mendelson.
Erica is a student at James R. Geisler
Middle School in Walled Lake. Her
most meaningful mitzvah project was
volunteering at Yad Ezra in Berkley.

Phillips will read
from the Torah and
lead the congrega-
tion in Sabbath
services, Friday,
June 15, at Temple
Emanu-El. Joining
Phillips
her on this special
day will be her par-
ents, Michael and Madelyn, along with
her older brothers Erik and Craig. Also
sharing the simchah will be proud
grandparents Yale and Irene Phillips.
Margeaux is a seventh-grade
student at Birmingham Covington
School. She felt it was especially mean-
ingful to donate her time and talent to
work with the senior citizens at Covell
Assisted Living Center.

as a bar mitzvah on
Saturday, June 16,
at Congregation
B'nai Moshe. He
Rosenfeld
is the son of Beth
Anne and Michael
Rosenfeld and the brother of Aaron.
Proud grandparents are Maxwell
and Florence Schwartz and Martin
Rosenfeld. He is also the grandson of
the late Diana Rosenfeld.
Mitchell attends Warner Middle
School in Farmington Hills. Among
the mitzvah projects he most enjoyed
was creating blankets and pillows and
