Guests will see enlarged and displayed photos taken by 15 local children whose images depict their dreams. The youngsters represent organizations that Variety serves. Shutterbug sessions were com- pleted with the help and instruction of celebrity photographer Linda Solomon. Event co-chairs are Bruce Kridler and Richard Gershenson, both of Bloomfield Hills. $250-$500. Seven homes and gardens — plus three additional gardens — can be toured 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, June 16. The most illustrious home was used for bootlegging during Prohibition, and the cedar exterior of this craftsman-style house was used to disguise the odors from the liquor. The home's interior attractions come with the placement of antique furnishings. An uncle's icebox in the dining room, for example, now serves as a storage bar. This year's tour provides shuttle busses and musicians playing in Memorial Park as visitors get to see rebuilt exteriors, modernized decors and lushly colorful plant life. $10-$15.
