huy Doan and Ben Pinsky were
recently married in Seattle, Wash.
Cantor David Serkin-Poole, of
Temple B'nai Torah in Bellevue, Wash., offi-
ciated.
Thuy is the daughter of Rang Doan of
Ellensberg, Wash., and Thu Nguyen of Ho
Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Ben is the son of
Roberta and Stuart Pinsky of Farmington
Hills.
Proud grandparents in attendance were
Bernice Pinsky of West Bloomfield and Bea
and Chuck Eder of Oak Park. Matron of
honor was Jenifer Mollender and best man
was Mitch McClure. Also in attendance was the groom's sister, Marla Pinsky of
Northampton, Mass.
Thuy received her bachelor of arts from University of Washington and is
working on her medical degree and Ph.D. from University of Washington.
Ben received his bachelor of arts from Harvard University and his Ph.D. from
University of Washington. He will receive his medical doctorate from University
of Washington in June and will begin his residency at Stanford.
The couple will reside in Palo Alto, Calif.

illiam and Elizabeth (Karbal)
Litt were married on March
15, 1942, in Detroit. They have
three children, Robert and Jerri (Salmon) Litt,
Cynthia (Litt) and Mark Barnett, Adrienne
(Litt) and Jay Bishko. Their grandchildren
are Lainie (Litt) and Jafar Rubaii and 3 1/2-
year old great-grandson Aaron Rubaii of
Clearwater, Fla.; Jeremy Litt and wife, Jennifer
Kozel, of New York City; Jack Bishko and
fiancée, Nicole Killian, of Tampa, Fla.; Emily
(Bishko) and Mark Radel, of Washington,
D.C.; Sarah Bartlett of New York City; Ryan Barnett and Steven Barnett of
Gainesville, Fla. The family celebrated at a party given by Bob and Jerri, Cindy and
Mark, Adrienne and Jay at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Sarasota in March.

erry and Beverly Viedrah of West
Bloomfield recently celebrated their
50th wedding anniversary with friends
in Arizona, taking a trip to the Grand
Canyon. The celebration will continue later
this year when they take their children and
grandchildren on a Disney cruise in the
Caribbean.
