Early Childhood Director Temple Emanu-El has named Eileen Brand, longtime director of stu- dent services of its Early Childhood Community, to the position of director on July 1. Michaelyn Silverman, director of the program for the past 25 years, is retir- ing from the full-time position but will stay on as a part-time consultant. The program includes a nursery school (200 students), infant/tot and summer camp programs. Brand had been a head teacher in Emanu-El's program as well as an educator in its religious school. Brotherhood Golf Outing On Monday, June 25, Temple Israel Brotherhood will present its 13th annual golf outing at Bay Pointe Country Club. The event is open to all players.
