SUSAN RODECKER, 66, of Bloomfield
Hills, died April 28, 2007. She was an
attorney and an active board member of
the Michigan Humane Society and the
Michigan State University Hillel Board. She
was also a member of Congregation Beth
Shalom and the Michigan Bar Association.
Mrs. Rodecker is survived by her hus-
band, Arthur Rodecker; daughter and
son-in-law, Leigh and Jeffrey Moss of
Bloomfield Hills; son and daughter-in-law,
Aaron and Jill Dones of Waterford; Melissa
and Steve Duke of Waterford, Julie and
Joseph Holly of West Bloomfield; loving
grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law,
Carol and Bill Barbour.
Interment at Beth El Memorial Park.

JULIA SHEAR, 96, of Southfield, died
May 6, 2007.
She is survived by her daughter and

son-in-law, Phyllis and Bunny Grossman
of Southfield; stepchildren, Elaine
Friedman, Stewart Shear, Debby and Al
Linn; sister and brother-in-law, Helen and
Julius Stone of West Bloomfield; sister-in-
law, Lee Beck; grandchildren, Stewart and
Cindy Shifman, Lori and Mark Epstein;
great-grandchildren, Jordan Shifman, Zac
Shifman, Steven Epstein, Michael Epstein;
dear friend, Joan Helper.
Mrs. Shear was the beloved wife of the
late Harry Shear; loving sister of the late
Charles Beck, the late Jack Beck.

Moshe Synagogue or to a charity of one's
choice. Services and interment at Beth
Tefilo Emanuel Cemetery. Arrangements
by Hebrew Memorial Chapel.

CALVIN SHUBOW, 87, of Farmington
Hills, died May 4, 2007.
He is survived by his beloved wife,
Mildred Shubow; son, Mark Shubow of
Farmington Hills; daughters and son-in-
law, Diane Shubow of Ann Arbor, Ellen
and Norm Solomon of Farmington Hills;
sisters and brothers-in-law, Mae and Dr.
William Henkin, Helen and Morris Jacobs

of West Bloomfield; grandchildren, Stuart
Solomon and Alyse Solomon; many loving
nieces, nephews, other family members
and friends.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

LILLIAN SIEGEL, 85, of St. Paul, Minn.,
died May 6, 2007.
A public school librarian, Mrs. Siegel
earned two master's degrees: one in home
economics and the other in library science.
She is survived by son and daughter-
in-law, Yale and Debbie Siegel of St. Louis
Park, Minn.; four grandchildren; sister,
Caroline Blumenthal.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Solomon Siegel; the devoted mother of the
late Warren Siegel; cherished sister of the
late Morty Smerling.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial
Park Cemetery. Contributions may be

W. Lincoln Road, Southfield, MI 48076.

LEAH STOLLER, 93, of West Bloomfield,
died May 6, 2007.
She is survived by her sons and

Mitchell; great-grandchildren, Dawson

She was the beloved wife of the late
Louis J. Stoller; loving sister of the late
Marion Lebus, the late Pauline Lieberman,
the late Jack Tabock; dear sister-in-law
