Barbra Giles,

the administrator for Fleischman
Residence, understands well the intricate needs of the
aging. She also knows how to get additional resources
when her elderly residents require them.

Barbra turns to the Jewish Hospice and Chaplaincy
Network when residents approach the end of life. As a
caregiving partner with JHCN, Barbra makes sure her
social work staff works closely with the Network's rabbis,
professionals and volunteers to ensure that "emotional and
spiritual needs are being met."

He was the beloved son of the late
