to the Torah as a
bat mitzvah on
Saturday, Feb. 10,
at Congregation
Beth Shalom. She
is the daughter of
Brenda and Ron
Efros and the older sister of Rachael.
Morgen is the granddaughter of
Margot Efros of Huntington Woods,
the late Leonard Efros and the late
Lois and the late Fred Horowitz.
Morgen is a seventh-grade student
at Smith Middle School in Troy. For
her mitzvah project, she donated her
time as an in-class aide/mentor to the
first-grade students on Sunday morn-
ings at the Beth Shalom Religious
School.

brothers, Matthew
and Jason, will share this special day.
Her proud grandparents are Marian

Alexis is also the granddaughter of the
late Ellen Ernst.
Alexis is a seventh-grade student
at Berkshire Middle School in Beverly
Hills. She was proud to donate funds
to a women's domestic violence shelter
in Israel as one of her mitzvah proj-
ects.

Karlee Frances Goodwin, daughter
of Scott and Monica Goodwin and
Kristin and Eric Oliver, will celebrate
her bat mitzvah at Temple Israel,
Saturday, Feb. 10, at Havdalah ser-

ebrated their 50th wedding anni-
versary at a beautiful party given with love
by their son, Dale Fuller, at the Reserve in
Birmingham. Close friends, relatives, includ-
ing their grandchildren, helped them cel-
ebrate and renew their vows. A brunch was
given at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham
to complete the weekend's festivities.
