NORMAN KOHLENBERG, 86, of
Huntington Woods, died Jan. 11, 2007.
During World War II, Mr. Kohlenberg
was at lieutenant senior grade and
served in New Guinea. He then owned
Kohlenberg Furniture Company, which
he sold and then he became a travel
agent.
Mr. Kohlenberg is survived by his
wife of 58 years, Marian Kohlenberg
of Huntington Woods; daughter, Joyce
Kinnard of Atlanta, Ga.; sons and a
daughter-in-law, Dr. Jim and Linda
Kohlenberg of Bloomfield Hills, Dr.
Kenneth Kohlenberg of Lebanon, Ohio;
grandchildren, Jeremy, Rachel Kinnard,
Sam, Matt and Tony Kohlenberg; broth-
er and sister-in-law, Martin and Sally
Kohlenberg of Huntington Woods.
He was the beloved brother and
brother-in-law of the late David and
the late Muriel Kohlenberg, and the late
Leon Kohlenberg.
Interment at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made
to the Stephen 0. Kinnard Human
Rights Fund at the Roeper School,
41190 Woodward Avenue, Bloomfield

ITA PRIKUPETS, 75, of Oak Park,
died Jan. 10, 2007.
She is survived by her husband,
Izhok Prikupets; daughter and son-in-
law, Svetlana and Gregory Abidor of
West Bloomfield; brother and sister-in-
law, Sam and Hanna Stern of Brooklyn,
N.Y.; grandchildren, Jerry Abidor,
Semonna Abidor.

LOIS ROSENTHAL, 56, of Orlando,
Fla., formerly of Detroit, died Jan. 7,
2007.
She was co-owner with Nate
Youmans of Laser Exhibitor, a corpo-
ration exhibitional display business.
Previously, she had been a medical
transcriptionist. Ms. Rosenthal was a
participant in Walk for the Cure.
She is survived by her loving partner,
Nate Youmans of Orlando; mother,
Sylvia Rosenthal; sister and brother-
in-law, Celia and Maurice Schreiber of
West Bloomfield; brother and sister-
in-law, Mayer and Karen Rosenthal;
Nate's children, David and Kelly
Youmans, Michael Youmans; nieces
and a nephew, Rebecca, Miriam, Sarah,
Carlie and Matthew Rosenthal. She was
the beloved daughter of the late Morris

Rosenthal.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

SYLVIA ROSS, 87, of West
Bloomfield, died Jan. 11, 2007. She
was a member of Jewish Women's
International.
Mrs. Ross is survived by a daughter

Howard Ross of Novi; daughter-in-law,
Melinda Ross; grandchil-

late Mollie Shillman; dear brother of the
late Morris Shillman; dear brother-in-
