Family Violence Services Manager
Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland is
currently seeking a full-time Manager of Family Violence
Services. The Family Violence Services Manager oversees
the daily operations of the Family Violence Services staff
including performance management and maintaining
staff morale. Responsibilities include developing program
activities, fund development and grant writing, making
presentations on domestic violence issues to groups
and prospective donors, and managing the operational
budget.
Qualified applicants will have at least one year of
supervisory experience within social service, mental
health, or a health care organization, and at leasttvvo years
of experience working with victims of domestic violence.
Candidates should also possess budget management
experience, a Master's degree in a related subject area
(LSW/LISW or PC/PCG preferred) and have significant
experience in public speaking. Successful applicants
must also be able to prepare, complete, and maintain
internal and external reports as required by management,
funders, governmental and regulatory bodies.
