pleased to announce the engage-
ment of their daughter Amy Susan
to Kevin Daniel, the son of Mark and Andria
Weiss.
Amy and Kevin graduated from the
University of Michigan. Amy received her
master's degree from Grand Valley State
University in Grand Rapids and works as a
physical therapist at Beaumont Hospital in
Royal Oak.
Kevin received his master's degree from
the University of Michigan and works
as an engineer with TRW Automotive in
Farmington Hills.
A May wedding is planned at Temple Israel.

ndrew Moers, son of Sandra
and Robert Moers of Bloomfield
Hills, and Yelda Basar, daughter
of Zekiye and Omer Basar of Aventura,
Fla., and Bangkok, Thailand, were married
recently in Miami Beach.
The couple honeymooned in Bora Bora
and Tahiti and reside in New York City.
Andrew is a graduate of University of
Michigan and its law school and is senior
vice president in the Search and Media
Division of IAC/InterActiveCorp (ask.com ).
Yelda is a graduate of Northwestern
University's Medill School of Journalism in
Evanston, Ill., New York Law School in New
York City and is an editor at Lucky magazine in New York City.

Fineman-Samuels

teffanie Samuels and Gary Fineman
were married recently in Ann Arbor
at the Dalhmann Campus Inn.
Cantor Annie Rose of Temple Beth Emeth
officiated the service.
The bride and groom were joined under
the chuppah by Steffanie's sons, Jake and
Leo; parents, Phyllis and Dan Pliskow and
Sharon and Kenny Singer; siblings, Mark
Fineman, Ruth and Luke Simon; and friends
Barbara Miner and Perry Krilis.
Gary's dad, the late Morry Fineman, was
there in the hearts of family and friends.
Gary is senior vice president and regional
counsel for TCF Bank and Steffanie is the
director of development at the University of Michigan Urology Center.
