The sisterhood of Temple Beth El will host
its second annual Health and Fitness Day
-' 9:15 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24.
Participants will spend the morning exer-
cising and learning about healthy eating,
followed by a healthy lunch buffet in the
temple's Handleman Hall.
Registration at 9:15 a.m. will be fol-
lowed by "Healthy Backs Yoga" with Gail
Mondry, a registered yoga therapist; then "Exercise with Marni Stone, ASAA," a senior fitness
specialist; and Gail Posner, registered dietitian, nutrition counselor and owner of Healthy Ways.
Participants should dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or beach towel for the yoga ses-
sion. The cost is $20 for sisterhood members and $25 for nonmembers. For information, call
