A fter Steve and Jill Dean became the proud parents of

,their fourth child, a baby boy, they knew it was time to
upgrade their home. They sought to add a fifth bedroom
and a jack-n-jill bathroom to their living space. The Deans
chose Gittleman for the job and now enjoy the much-
needed extra space their renovations have given them.

"It has made life easier because now everyone has their
own room," explained Jill, who said the decision to go with
Gittleman was based on trust. They have a good reputation
but they also live up to that reputation," she said.

As a busy mother, Jill appreciated the fact that Gittleman made the renovation process as convenient as
possible. "There were no interferences with our everyday lives." she maintained. They were excellent
about cleaning up after themselves and they were just a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely
recommend Gittleman to anybody."

JUST ASK THE DEANS.

Chairman

Lynne Konstantin

Even the Deans' neighbors were impressed with Gittleman.
''Everyone kept commenting that they couldn't believe how
quickly and how well the renovations were going," he
said, noting that the new rooms blend perfectly with their 10-year old home. "It doesn't look like an
addition. It looks like it has been there all along."

So whether it's renovations, remodeling or more room for your growing family, you can trust Gittleman
to give you exactly the space you need to make your home a perfect fit for you.

Steve agreed. saying, We had heard great things about
them, and after Scott met with us at our home to discuss
the project, we knew we could trust them."

The Deans were so impressed with Gittleman, they are already looking ahead to future projects. In
today's market it's difficult to sell a home — so why not just upgrade? Our next projects will be the
basement and kitchen and we will definitely use Gittleman. I just can't recommend them enough."
