FinePix Z3 digital camera. A cool camera that does
everything its sleek counterparts do — but prettier.
Fujifilm, in partnership with the National Breast Cancer
Foundation (NBCF), has introduced a FinePix Z3 digital
camera ($219.99) in pink. With a durable metal body,
it weighs in at a mere 4.6 ounces. The camera can
capture high-resolution images up to 2592 by 1944
pixels, has a 2.5-inch color TFT-LCD monitor with
scratch-resistant coating and an automatic brightness
adjustment. The company, which recently donated two
Fujifilm digital mammography systems plus $250,000
to NBCF, will also make a donation for every pink cam-
era sold. Packaging displays the NBCF logo and mis-
sion as well as information to promote annual mam-

Historically given as wedding gifts, the pagoda-shaped
Rwanda Peace Baskets ($75) are handcrafted from
papyrus and banana leaf and consist of tens of thou-
sands of stitches. After the murder of nearly 1 million
Willa Shalit developed a market for hand-woven baskets
created by Rwandan women. In partnership with Macy's
department stores, Shalit later founded the Rwanda Path to
Peace project, which now employs more than 2,500 weav-
ers and impacts tens of thousands of lives. The collection
of baskets, platters and bowls are hand woven from natural
fibers with motifs inspired by traditional Rwandan designs.

knit alpaca scarves are created through the innovative
Aid to Artisans Market Link program. Through grant fund-
ing and assistance with product development, design,
training and market experience, the 30-year-old organi-
zation helps members of artisan groups around the world
become self-sustaining. The scarves were hand-woven
at SAYARI, an association of textile producers specializing
in the creation of hand-woven clothes and accessories.
