Who says a Chanukah party must equal paper plates? Instead, dust off the fine china and silver and create a truly
festive celebration. Even the usually concealed elegant demeanor of smaller guests seems to emerge when included at
a beautifully dressed table. So we asked an expert to set an elegant Chanukah table as an illuminated example. Judy
Weiner, collector and tabletop connoisseur; is also the owner of Royal Oak's House on Main, a boutique brimming with
new and antique treasures for the table, home, baby and body. Rising to the challenge, she flung open the cupboards in
her Huntington Woods home, polished her family heirlooms and welcomed us to her shimmering holiday table.

This page: The clean hoes of circa-1960 blue sherbet glassware anchor the intricate cuts of Victorian water and wine goblets. Judy Weiner's grandmother started her collection of flow-blue china,
giving her six pieces that belonged to her mother; she now has service for 12 plus 60 additional pieces, including this tulip-patterned pitcher, all on display in her dining room.
