OUR FEATURED SPEAKER

RABBI TSVI LANDAU

This year Adat Shalom has formed a
I partnership with Kehllat HaKerem,

a small but growing congregation in
Israel's Central Galilee.
We are delighted to welcome its spiritual leader
to our synagogue on December 8 & 9. Rabbi Landau
will give us a glimpse of what it was like for his con-
gregants and their neighbors in Karmicl to endure the
war with Lebanon this past summer and will open the
link by which we here in Farmington Hills can help our
brothers and sisters in Israel build a better future.
Originally from New York City, Rabbi
Landau has been in Israel since 1996. He
was ordained at Machon Schechter, the
Masorti Belt Midrash, in Jerusalem in
December 2001.
Rabbi Landau will speak to SYNergy
participants Friday evening following
dinner and on Shabbat morning and
afternoon.
