Fran Victor and Bill Harder of

es in New York. One of their videos was
shown at Carnegie Hall as part of the

black and Latino string players. Victor/
Harder has done work for that organiza-
tion, which works to promote minorities
in classical music, for 10 years. A promo-
tion for the concert was shown hourly
for a week on the Jumbotron screen in
Times Square. Vcitor/Harder produces
