ALBERT FAGENSON, 85, of West
Bloomfield, died Oct. 20, 2006.
He is survived by

Fagenson
Marc and Jennifer
Fagenson of Huntington Woods;
grandchildren, Evan, Eddie and Anna
Rubin, Kate (Brian) Scott, Laurie Zyla
and Max Fagenson; brothers and sis-
ters-in-law, Bill and Harriet Fagenson
of Woodland Hills, Calif., Abe and
Marge Fagenson of Granada Hills,
Calif.; many loving cousins, nieces,
nephews, other family members and
friends. He was the beloved husband
of the late Elaine Fagenson.

BARBARA GLINSKI, 65, of
Farmington Hills, died Oct. 18, 2006.
She worked at LeBaron's Sports for
25 years as a cloth-
ing manager and a
financial manager.
She was a member
of Jewish Women's
International.

DANIELLE M. GOREN, 21, of
Allentown, Pa., died Oct. 20, 2006. She
was a senior at Ithaca College in New
York, where she was active in campus
leadership.
Ms. Goren is survived by her parents,
Len and Terrie Goren of Allentown;
brothers, Jamie Goren and Adam Goren;
grandparents, Edith and Herman

Fershtman of Sylvan Lake, Thelma and
Donald Goren of Livonia; many lov-
ing aunts, uncles, cousins, other family
members and a world of loving friends.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

ALVIN KASTAN, 86, of Columbus,
Ohio, died Oct. 18, 2006, at Wexner
Heritage House. He was born May 10,
1920, in Warren, Ohio, and graduated
from Ashland College, where he was
later named as an outstanding alum-
nus. He served as sergeant major in the
Army during World War II.
Mr. Kastan spent most of his life in
Ashland, where he raised his family
with Selma and owned and operated
Kastan's Jewelers for over 50 years. He
was a leader in the Jewish community
and active in many civic organizations.
He is survived by his wife and soul
mate of 51 years, Selma Kastan; chil-
dren, Dr. David and Carol Kastan of
West Bloomfield, Bradley and Holly
Kastan of Columbus, Stacey and Larry
Kohn of Raleigh, N.C.; grandchildren,
Lauren, Ben, Rebecca, Jake, Sam Kastan,
Max, Sydney and Hayes Kohn; other
relatives and friends whom he adored.
He was the brother of the late Seibert.
Services were held at Wexner
Heritage House in Columbus.

LYLE ISENBERG LABELL, 69 of
Phoenix, died Oct. 12, 2006. Born in
Detroit, he moved to Arizona from
Florida in 1986.
Mr. LaBell is survived by his sons,
Bruce LaBell, Mark LaBell, and Joey
LaBell; daughter, Lisa LaBell; sister,
Judy Silver; brother, Fred LaBell, all of
Phoenix.
Graveside services were held at
Phoenix Memorial Park in Phoenix.
