BETTY SHAFFER, 88, of
Bloomfield Hills, died Sept. 30, 2006.
She was a retired teacher. She was
also a graduate of the University of
Michigan, a mem-
ber of Hadassah,
the Jewish Family
Service, JVS and
a volunteer at the
Detroit Institute of
Arts.
Mrs. Shaffer is
survived
by her

Ronald Strote of Bloomfield Hills; son
and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Julie
Shaffer of Colorado; grandchildren, Dr.

Josephine Jackson of Farmington Hills.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Albert David Shaffer.
Interment at Clover Hill Park

Hawaii, died Sept. 30, 2006. He was a
retired electrical contractor.
