Schwartz-Gvazda

elanie Lynn Gvazda and Glen
Bradley Schwartz were recently
married at the Marriott
Centerpoint hotel in Pontiac. Rabbi Harold
Loss and cantorial soloist Neil Michaels of
Temple Israel in West Bloomfield officiated.
Melanie is the daughter of Marilyn and
Melvyn Gvazda of Farmington Hills. Glen is
the son of Anita and Dr. Louis Schwartz of
Commerce Township.
Close friends of the bride and groom
Jennifer Eng and Albert Berger were maid of
honor and best man. Bridesmaids included
friends of the bride, Esther Kim, Sara
Rothenberg and Lori Ashmann; sister of the groom, Stacey Gursten; and cousins
of the bride, Taryn Mountain, Zoe Kaufman and Barrie Siegel. The flower girl
was Abbey Gursten, niece of the groom.
Groomsmen were friends of the groom Dan Grand, Aaron Alper and Stiles
Anderson; brother-in-law of the groom, Steven Gursten; and cousin of the
groom Jeremy Schwartz. The ring bearer, Alex Kaufman, is a cousin of the bride.
The couple were delighted to have their grandparents Roz and Jim Lazear and
Eve and Abe Molotch participate in the ceremony.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Disney World and Italy. They reside in
Chicago.
