1.The Day School Challenge Fund is being reduced as the ability of
the schools to fundraise over last year's achievement is limited.

2. Additional allocation to assist students with special needs in the

6. Federation is the recipient of a specific corporate gift for the
Kids All Together program.

7. An additional $87,500 is being allocated for direct financial
assistance to individuals and families in crisis due to the ending of
a grant to Jewish Family Service.

8. Allocation specifically for older adult services - to be used for
geriatric care management at Jewish Family Service.

13. These are grants that are given to agencies that secure new
gifts for the Annual Campaign during Campaign Countdown.

14. Due to the demands on the Capital Needs Reserve, an addi-
tional $150,000 is being allocated to help restore the Reserve to
its FY 2002-03 level.

local agencies.
