uzanne and Stewart Levin of
Pleasant Ridge and Ron and
Annie Lowy of West Bloomfield
are delighted that their son Adam Lowy
will wed Shira Rutman. Shira's mother and
stepfather, Elena Eisner and Larry Gold,
and father, Howard Rutman, live in the Los
Angeles area.
Shira was in Uzbekistan with the Peace
Corps, has a master's in public health from
the University of Washington and works for
the Urban Indian Health Institute in Seattle.
Adam studied at Michigan State
University and Hebrew University. A pre-
school educator and basketball coach, Adam writes, produces and performs
children's music.
A September wedding is planned at Brandeis-Bardin Institute in Simi Valley,
Calif.

Michael Fredman were recently
married at Broken Sound Club
in Boca Raton, Fla. Rabbi Daniel Treiser
officiated.
Holly is the daughter of Jane Trunsky
of Boca Raton, Fla., formerly of West
Bloomfield, and the late Lawrence Trunsky.
Gregg is the son of Richard and Sharon
Margolin of New Jersey and Allan Fredman
of New York.
Holly's bridesmaids included life-long
friends Hayley Fredman, sister of the groom,
Meredith Hoffman, Jenny Herrington, Jodie
Katofsky, Jodi Katz, Amy Lumberg, Adriane Perakis, Pam Pock, Bonnie Proll,
Melissa Weiser and Aimee Weltmann.
The best man was Ross Fredman, brother of the groom. Groomsmen included
Michael Hans, Todd Trunsky and Jon Trunsky, brothers of the bride.
The couple were honored to have grandparents Rhoda and Manny Rosenberg
participating in their special day.
The couple honeymooned in Los Cabos and reside in Manhattan.
