Justice Louis D. Brandeis Award

The Zionist Organization of America is delighted
that its highest citation of merit, the Justice Louis D.
Brandeis Award, will be bestowed upon Joseph and
Diane Savin in recognition of their lifetime commit-
ment to the Jewish community. Joseph and Diane
support Zionism and Jewish education in America
and abroad. Their commitment to Israel encompasses cultural, educational, religious and security issues.
Joseph Savin, a successful businessman, architect and builder has always turned his ideas into reality, having
designed, developed and managed properties in Michigan as well as many other states. A successful architect, Mr.
Savin has received numerous awards in his field. A former professor of architecture at the University of Michigan,
he is currently a lecturer in architectural design at Lawrence Technological University. Joseph F. Savin is a past
President and a present Chairman of the Zionist Organization of America, Michigan Region.
Diane Savin, active in the Jewish community, is committed to many Jewish causes. Diane is Secretary of the ZOA
Board of Directors and, along with her husband, an active member of Congregation Shaarey Zedek.
