Once upon a time our family of four moved
into our dream home on the lake. Twenty years
later, with the kids all grown-up and now hav-
ing families of their own ...
we felt it was time to update.
With so many other beauti-
ful homes popping-up in our
Sylvan Lake community, we
felt we needed to spruce-up
the exterior of our home. We
had heard about the wonder-
ful work performed by Ben
Lanxner and his talented Team of craftsmen. So,
we called him right up.
Ben came over to our house to look it over. He
was very thorough.
Once his evaluation of our home's exterior
condition was completed, Ben offered his sug-
gestions to us. He showed us how the wood
framing around our tall picture windows in the
back of our home ( facing the water ) had rotted
from the many years of humidity and simple
old age. We agreed the home was in dire need
of new sparkling windows and sturdier framing.
Also, My wife Dolores and I wanted to have
our home's exterior covered with a fresh coat
of paint. Instead, Ben suggested an idea which
we had not even considered ... to reface both
the front of the house and our 30 foot high
chimney with beautiful (Great Lakes split-face)
culture stone. We instantly loved the idea! We
all agreed of course, that so too
would the front entry doors need
to be replaced with something
more fitting for the new face of
the home.
We were so pleased with Ben's
total package price, that we put
his crew to work right away!
The Benjamin Home's Team was
meticulous! Everyday, my wife and I eagerly
returned home from the office to admire the
latest improvements. Our home was completed
in plenty of time before our upcoming holiday
party and before the annual Sylvan Lake Home
& Garden Tour. Both Dolores and I love the way
our house looks now. It now has that "wow" fac-
tor which we were all aiming for!
