children, Michael Max Langwald,
Charley Langwald, Claire Langwald,

Katler; three great-grandchildren. She
was the beloved wife of the late Max
Langwald.

JULIUS "BUCK" TRAVIS, 88,
of Southfield, died July 19, 2006. An
accountant with General Motors for
over 48 years, Mr. Travis was a World
War II Navy veteran and a member of
Block Lodge of B'nai B'rith.
He is survived by his wife for 58
years, Beverly Travis of Southfield;
son, Neil Travis of Southfield; daugh-
ter and son-in-law, Janis and Nathan
Feingold of West Bloomfield; grand-
children, Leonard Feingold, Marla
(Avi) Nachom, Pamela Feingold; sis-
ters-in-law, Trudy Gilpin and Sylvette
Raub. He was the beloved son of the
late Nathan and the late Mary Travis;
devoted brother and brother-in-law of
the late Rose Travis, the late Ida and
the late Sol Moss.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial
Park Cemetery. Contributions may

MILTON WAGNER, 83, of W. Palm
Beach, Fla., died July 19, 2006.

Bloomfield Hills, Geraldine Granet of
Farmington Hills; grandson, Alexander
Wagner; many other loving family
members and friends. He was the dear
brother of the late Cyril Wagner.

SHIRLEY LUCOW
ZICKERMAN, age 83, of West
Bloomfield, died July 14, 2006. She was
bookkeeper in the candy industry.
Mrs. Zickerman is survived by her
son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and
Ellen Zickerman of West Bloomfield;
grandson, Jeremy Zickerman; broth-
er and sister-in-law, Milton and
Audrey Lucow of Lonboat Key, Fla.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Irving Zickerman.

DR. MAURICE LEVI ZOX, 98,
Columbus, Ohio, and Sarasota, Fla.,
died July 16, 2006. The surgeon and
community activist practiced medi-
cine in Columbus for six decades after
serving as a major in the United States
Army, assigned to the Burmese front
in World War II as a medical officer.
Dr. Zox earned his undergraduate
degree at the University of Wisconsin
followed by advanced medical
degrees at Rush Medical College of
the University of Chicago and the
Graduate School of Medicine at the
University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Zox was a general surgeon asso-
ciated with the Riverside Methodist
Hospital, Mt. Carmel Hospital,
