JACOB COOPER, 88, of Southfield,
died June 8, 2006.
He is survived by his dear com-
panion, Betty Gruskin; daughter and
son-in-law, Jan and Jesse Adler of
Huntington Woods; grandchildren,
Jineene Adler (fiancé, Erik Southers),
Jeremy Adler; brothers and sisters-in-
law, David and Lorraine Cooper of Boca
Raton, Fla., Daniel and Nancy Cooper
of Bonita Springs, Fla.; many loving
nieces, nephews, family members and
friends. He was the beloved husband of
the late Florence Cooper.
Interment at Workmen's Circle

EVELYN GOROSH, 76, of West
Bloomfield, died June 10, 2006. For 20
years, she was a secretary at Henry
Ford High School. She was also a
member of Congregation Beth Shalom,
a member of the David Horodok orga-
nization and worked at the front desk
at the Oak Park Jewish Community
Center. Mrs. Gorosh belonged to the
Congregation Beth Shalom Sisterhood
and was a member of Jewish Women
International as well as working for the
Neighborhood Project and volunteering
at the Huron Valley Cancer Center every
Friday morning.
Mrs. Gorosh is survived by her sons,
David Gorosh of West Bloomfield,
Steven Gorosh of California; sister-in-
