dined well. We sampled fish and
chips regularly. At the Fishbone
Bar & Grill in Queenstown, New
Zealand, it was made with snapper.
The Watershed in Sydney made
it with the local 'whitefish; called
barramundi. At the Villa Romana
in Cairns, Australia, we enjoyed the
hearty minestrone and pasta made
with roasted vegetables.

in New Zealand. In Melbourne, high
