Facing Cancer With Hope

The keys to physical healing and joyful Hying will be revealed by doctor, author
and cancer survivor Wendy Schlessel Harpham, M.D., in her keynote address at
Survivorship University's second annual Celebration of Survivorship.
The free program will be presented 7:30-9:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 24, at
Shriners Auditorium and Conference Center, 24350 Southfield Road, Southfield
(the former B'nai David synagogue building).
Dr. Harpham, a survivor of non-Hodgkins lymphoma, will offer insight on how
to find happiness when one is seriously ill. She will be available afterward to sign
her book, Happiness in a Storm: Facing Illness and Embracing Life as a Healthy
Survivor.
